All online liquor sales through this website are made by YUZU'D Pty Ltd under NSW Liquor Licence LIQW880015998.

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. YUZU'D does not sell or supply alcohol to minors, and alcohol must not be purchased or obtained on behalf of a person under 18 years of age.

NSW: NO ALCOHOL CAN BE SOLD OR SUPPLIED TO ANYONE UNDER 18. IT'S AGAINST THE LAW.

ACT: WARNING: Under the Liquor Act 2010, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties apply.

NT: Under the Liquor Act 2019, a person must not serve or supply liquor to a person who is under 18 years of age. Penalties apply.

QLD: WARNING: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties apply.

SA: WARNING: Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1997, liquor must not be sold or supplied to persons under 18. Penalties apply. South Australian rules also require people delivering and receiving alcohol deliveries to be aged 18 or over.

TAS: WARNING: Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. It is also an offence for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.

VIC: WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18 years (penalty exceeds $24,000) and for a person under 18 years to purchase or receive alcohol (penalty exceeds $1,000).

WA: WARNING: Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises, or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.

Online Orders & Delivery

By placing an order through the YUZU'D website, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to purchase alcohol.

Proof of age may be required when placing or receiving an order. Alcohol will not be supplied to a person under 18 years of age, and delivery may be refused where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided or where delivery would otherwise contravene applicable liquor laws.

All orders are subject to acceptance by YUZU'D Pty Ltd, availability of stock, successful payment and compliance with applicable liquor laws.
