These Terms of Service apply to the use of the YUZU'D website and purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
This website is operated by YUZU'D Pty Ltd ("YUZU'D", "us", "our"). YUZU'D supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol.
1. Age & Liquor Licence
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from YUZU'D.
All online liquor sales through this website are made by YUZU'D Pty Ltd under NSW Liquor Licence LIQW880015998.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under 18 years of age.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally entitled to purchase alcohol. Proof of age may be required when purchasing or receiving an order.

2. Website Use
The information on this website is provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time without notice.
Product descriptions, images, availability, pricing and other information are intended to be as accurate as reasonably possible. Actual product appearance, packaging or other details may vary.
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to acceptance by YUZU'D, product availability, successful payment, age requirements and applicable liquor laws.
YUZU'D reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or fulfilling the order may breach applicable law.
If payment has already been taken for an order that YUZU'D cannot fulfil, the applicable amount will be refunded.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied when placing an order, including your name, age, delivery address and payment information, is accurate.
4. Delivery
YUZU'D currently delivers within Australia to locations serviced by its delivery providers and permitted under applicable liquor laws.
Shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only. YUZU'D is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Alcohol must not be delivered to or accepted by a person under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be required.
Delivery may be refused where the recipient cannot provide satisfactory proof of age, appears to be under 18, or delivery would otherwise contravene applicable liquor laws.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional delivery charges may apply where an order needs to be redirected or redelivered because incorrect information was supplied.
5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Products
YUZU'D wants every order to arrive as intended.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact YUZU'D as soon as reasonably possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the product.
Where applicable, YUZU'D will arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes
From time to time, YUZU'D may offer promotions or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are subject to availability, cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers.
Specific promotions may have additional terms and conditions, which will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.
YUZU'D may amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including the YUZU'D name, branding, trademarks, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy and other materials, is owned by or licensed to YUZU'D and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
